How We Work With Drivers
A service contract is only worth what it pays when a part fails. We spend our time making sure you know exactly what that is before you sign.
- 01
Photos of your vehicle at enrollment
We record the odometer, the dashboard with the engine running and any warning lights, and the general condition of the vehicle. If a claim is ever questioned over a pre-existing condition, you have dated photos showing what the car looked like the day coverage began.
- 02
We read the exclusions with you
Most disputes come from the exclusions page, not the coverage page. We point out how each contract treats seals and gaskets, wear items like brake pads and clutch discs, and damage caused by overheating or skipped oil changes.
- 03
An honest answer on fit
If your vehicle is near the end of its life or the repair history suggests a plan will not pay off, we say so. Some drivers are better served by a powertrain-only contract, and we will tell you when that is the case.
- 04
Help keeping maintenance records
Contracts often require proof of oil changes and fluid service. We show you which receipts and service records to keep, so a timing chain or turbocharger claim is not denied over missing paperwork.
- 05
Predictable monthly payments
We offer flexible payment options, and we lay out the monthly figure, the term and the per-visit deductible together so you can see the full cost of coverage before you commit.
Three Ways to Cover Repair Costs
Our company has been in business 40 years, and we are certified in all 50 states. A car extended warranty picks up where the factory coverage ends, usually starting with the engine, transmission and drive axles. An auto repair warranty is built around the parts that fail most on daily drivers, like alternators, water pumps, starters and power window regulators. An auto protection warranty is the broader vehicle service contract for drivers who want electrical, cooling and AC systems covered alongside the powertrain.

Car Extended Warranty
Vehicle service contracts compared part by part, with exclusions read aloud and your car's condition photographed before coverage begins.

Auto Repair Warranty
Coverage that pays for covered repairs on parts like alternators, water pumps and A/C compressors once your factory warranty runs out.

Auto Protection Warranty
Broad repair coverage for the engine, transmission, AC, electrical and more, with your vehicle's condition photographed and kept on file from the start.

About Our Office
We sit down with drivers who are tired of guessing what a repair will cost next month. Many bring in an older truck or a family SUV with high miles and want to know if a plan is worth it at all. We start by looking at the vehicle and its history, then match it to coverage that fits.
Our approach is simple. We document what we find, we explain what each contract covers in plain terms, and we put the numbers in writing before you agree to anything. When a compressor seizes in August heat or a transmission starts slipping, you should already know whether that repair is covered.

What Moves the Price of a Plan
No two vehicles cost the same to cover, because no two carry the same repair risk. The price of a vehicle service contract follows how likely and how expensive a breakdown is. These are the factors we walk through on every comparison.
Your quote is free and comes after we review your vehicle's year, mileage and condition by phone. We explain each line of the contract before you decide, and we never quote a number without the coverage details behind it.
- Mileage and age
- A vehicle past 100,000 miles has more wear on bearings, seals and the transmission's clutch packs. Higher mileage usually means a higher cost or a narrower list of covered repairs.
- Make, model and engine
- Turbocharged engines, diesel trucks and vehicles with complex infotainment or air suspension cost more to repair, so they cost more to cover. A simple four-cylinder sedan sits at the other end.
- Coverage level
- A powertrain plan covers the engine, transmission and drive axles. An exclusionary plan lists only what is not covered, which makes it broader and priced accordingly.
- Deductible per visit
- A higher deductible lowers the monthly payment but raises what you pay at the shop. We show you both sides so you can pick the balance that fits your budget.
- Term length
- Longer terms spread the cost out but cover the years when the vehicle is oldest. We compare terms against how long you plan to keep it.
What Drivers Want to Know
- Which repairs does an extended warranty pay for?
- That comes down to the level of contract you pick. Powertrain coverage handles the engine's internal parts, the transmission and the drive axles. Higher tiers add air conditioning, cooling, steering, electrical and fuel delivery. We read the covered parts list together, so you can see what is in and what is out.
- Will a plan accept a vehicle with lots of miles?
- In many cases it will, but the choices shrink as the odometer goes up. Plenty of contracts cap the mileage at enrollment, and an older vehicle may only qualify for powertrain coverage instead of an exclusionary plan. On the first call we look at the year and mileage and tell you what you can expect.
- Do plans pay for brakes, tires and other wear parts?
- Most do not. Contracts usually count brake pads, rotors, tires, wiper blades, clutch discs and routine fluids as upkeep. We flag them while comparing plans, so nothing catches you off guard when the car is in the shop.
- Can I back out after I sign?
- Yes. For the first 30 days, cancellation is free and your deposit comes back in full. Use that time to reread the contract slowly and bring us any question that still needs an answer.
- How do I pay for a plan?
- Flexible payment options are available, and most drivers go with steady monthly payments. Before you enroll, we put the monthly amount, the term and the deductible side by side for you.
- Is roadside assistance part of the plan?
- It is. Roadside assistance is covered under warranty on our plans. As we go over your contract, we explain what it includes, such as a tow after a covered breakdown, and how to call for it.
- Do you offer help in Spanish?
- We do. Our support is in English & Spanish, so you can talk through coverage, exclusions and payments in whichever language feels easiest.
How a Plan Comes Together
Most drivers finish the comparison in one or two conversations. Here is what happens from the first call to a covered repair.
- 1
Start with a phone call
Tell us the vehicle, the mileage and what worries you most, whether that is the transmission, the AC or the electronics. We ask about any current warning lights or known problems.
- 2
Vehicle review at our office or by video
We document the vehicle in person or during a video walk-around. The record covers the odometer, the dash with the engine running and the visible condition of the car.
- 3
Side-by-side contract comparison
We put two or three plans next to each other and go through covered parts, exclusions, deductibles and monthly payments. You get time to ask about anything that looks unclear.
- 4
Enrollment and your records
Once you choose, we finalize the contract and keep the enrollment record with your file. We also explain the waiting period, if there is one, and what maintenance proof to save.
- 5
When something breaks
We explain how the claims process works, which documents the repair shop and administrator will ask for, and how your enrollment record and service receipts support the claim.

Know What Your Plan Covers Before Something Breaks
Tell us about your vehicle and we will compare a few protection plans side by side. The comparison and quote cost you nothing.
